It felt like FOREVER before we were able to take our Spring Break trip to Myrtle Beach. Pam and Al bought us the plane tickets for Christmas, so the anticipation was even more for the boys. We had an awesome time!! We got plenty of beach time, pool time, crab finding, sand digging, beach walking, shark tooth finding, good food eating, putt putt golfing, and relaxing in. Well.... I guess that depends on who you ask. When we were preparing to leave Sutton informed us that he did not want to go home. He continues talk about going back to Myrtle Beach. In fact just last night at dinner he told us that he was going to live there when he was old enough to move out!! Leland did a great job with putt putt, getting several holes in one. Sutton was funny at the ocean the first day. Every time the waves hit his feet and started going back out it messed up his sense of balance and he kept tipping over. Leland's favorite restaurant was Original Benjamins because they had a large replica army boat and there was a "real" pirate who greeted us outside. Sutton couldn't get enough of the pool and Leland couldn't get enough of the ocean. Looking forward to the next trip!!
